Check-in & check-out
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Upon your arrival, follow the directions to our reception pavilion, where our team will hand you the key to your residence and give you valuable information about your stay.
Getting here
In terms of latitude and longitude, we are at 47°30′57″N ; 70°15′06.4″.O . But maybe you’d prefer the address? We are located at 3141 Route du Fleuve, Les Éboulements, Quebec.
When you arrive in Baie-Saint-Paul, head for the 362 (route du Fleuve). You will see our sign 7 km after the village of Les Éboulements, 700 meters after Cap-Aux-Oies’ flashing light.
If you are coming from La Malbaie, take the 362. You will see our sign on your right, 7 km after Saint-Irénée beach.
You can find us most accurately by using Google Maps.
Late arrival
Our reception is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except on Saturday, when we close at 6 p.m.
Please let us know if you plan to arrive after these hours. You will find a handbook with your name and the keys to your dwelling in a wall-mounted document holder next to the reception door. To finalize your arrival, simply come see us the following day.
If you need assistance after office hours, use the emergency number posted next to our office door.
What to bring
Almost nothing but your clothes. Bedding for two (four in the Utapi), bath towels, and cooking essentials are already included; so, there aren’t many things to worry about. A full list of everything that is included in your dwelling can be found on its Web page.
Still, you may want to pack these essentials
- Your bathing suit for access to the spa
- A pair of sandals for the showers
- Weather-appropriate clothing (our weather, not yours!)
- NO wood for the fire. Invasive insects and diseases can spread to our forests when firewood is moved, even just a few miles away. Please help us protect our forests. Buy wood here. Burn it here.
Some extras
We don’t have the solution to everything, but we’re close. You can take advantage of these extras on-site, simply try to notify us beforehand.
- Portable baby bed
- Snowshoes
- Bathrobes
- All local foods and drinks on our menu
Eat & Drink
We have a wide variety of local products at the reception for you to taste in the comfort of your own abode or to bring along on a picnic. Microbrewery beers, ciders, artisan bread, local cheeses, ready-to-eat meals, and more.
Feel free to stop by or visit our Taste section to see the full menu.
Do you plan to cook? Make sure you stop at the grocery store! Our beautiful village only offers a gas station that is also our convenience store and SAQ. While it features lots of local products and microbrewery beers, you won’t find tempeh there.
Relax
The spa area, which is exclusive to our customers, is included in your stay. Carefully configured to ensure your privacy, it consists of hot whirlpool baths, a cold shower and bath, as well as a sauna for a true Nordic spa experience, in the middle of the forest.
You can extend the relaxation by adding a session with one of our wellness professionals
